Use this tool to select and submit new colors for rows appearing in the above table, plus row heights (currently set at 5px, 60px, 5px). A transparent .GIF of the same height is used to ensure compatibility with Netscape v4.xx. Send e-mail if you like this utility or notice any problems. If a selected named color has the same value as a safe color, the hex value will be sticky (auto-selected) instead of the named color.	bgColor of row 1	row 1 height px

Create (or download below) a transparent .GIF measuring 1px wide and 1px tall, then re-size it using the IMG tag to achieve the desired row height. Relying on style height alone will not work with Netscape version 4.xx (which is still used extensively in schools, libraries, and government offices in the US).

Referring to the first and third rows, you can create something of a button effect (raised) by inserting a new, narrower row of similar but lighter color above these rows; and inserting a new, narrower row of a similar but darker color below.
